Friday Edition: Yummy Finds

Thank goodness it's Friday!

Is it just me, or did this week to seem to go on forever?  I think it is because the past 2 weeks were shortened due to the holidays.  So all week, I was thinking it was one day ahead of what the day actually was - that is, yesterday I woke up thinking it was Friday.  Such a bummer!

So this week I have some yummy dessert finds.  I know!  Why do I torture myself (and you) by posting such yummy-ness?  I have no idea.  I just go with what I love . . .

YUMMY FIND No. 1: Chocolate Dipped Reese's Stuffed Oreos by Fun with the Fullwoods

I had to really study this picture to fully grasp all of the deliciousness that is in one "cookie".  Do you see what Brittany did?  She separated an Oreo, placed a peanut butter cup on one half, then re-sealed the Oreo and dipped it in white chocolate!!!  Hello?!  This is like the perfect snack dessert.  I love it so much that I am going to make it this weekend for my Goddaughters.  I hope you stop by Brittany's blog and check out all her fun posts (and tell her how much you love these cookies!!).

YUMMY FIND No. 2: Cheesecake Squares by Gilly Grey

Oh, drool!!!  I just ate breakfast, but now, after looking at this picture and the Oreo picture, my stomach is telling me that I need more food.  Don't these cheesecake squares look divine?  Rachel over at Gilly Grey says that the squares are addictive and that some of her family members have won baking contests with this recipe.  Well, if that doesn't convince you to make them, I frankly do not know what will!!!  Stop by and say hi to Rachel and check out her posts on vintage finds, as well as her etsy store!
