Tuesday Edition: Kitchen Tip

I am not sure where I learned this tip, but I think it's a good one: peel your celery before you serve it or use it in your recipe.  Sounds weird right?  Celery doesn't have any skin, but you know all those strings?  Well you can use your veggie peeler and get rid of a lot of them!


Just run your veggie peeler along the "stringy" side of the celery to remove the strings.  You will end up with something like this:



Oh, and I think I remembered where I got the tip.  Emeril via Kate Plus 8.  How embarrassing.
