Tuesday Edition: Kitchen Tip

Have you ever bought a package of grape tomatoes only to have them shrivel up within 2 days?  So annoying, right?

To bring your shriveled tomatoes back to life, try sauteing them in some water, broth, or even white wine over medium-low heat.  They should plump up quickly.  Unfortunately you won't be able to use them in salads, but you can use them in a pasta dish!

  1. Great tip! I typically roast them, but sauteing them for a fresh pasta would be a lovely patio meal!
