Friday Edition: Yummy Finds!

Yay!  We made it to Friday.  That was probably the longest week ever.  Between the car dying, buying a new car, the Toddler getting sick, and taking time off from work to tend to the sick Toddler, I can't wait for Friday night!  And it is even better because it is the start of a three day weekend.

Again I was lazy in reaching out to bloggers to feature them on my Yummy Finds.  So instead, I found this one perfect chocolate cake to show you:

This is "Pecan Laced German Chocolate Cake" from Better Homes and Gardens.  Oh, yum!  Even though I have had more than my fair share of sweets this week, this cake is still calling my name.  What about you?

    Thanks for the award! I'm not sure I knew that you used to run so much!

    For some reason that cake looks a little dry to me. It's probably overrated, right? ;-)

    Oh my GOSH, that cake is my definition of perfect. I adore German Chocolate cake. It was my favorite for years and years. Thank goodness, you have a salad here to distract me too. Thanks for the award! Have a blessed day!

    Although I am a lover of baking, one thing I have not yet made is a layer cake! In fact, I don't even own cake pans - isn't that ridiculous?!!? This looks amazing, I'd love to make it someday :)
