Butterscotch-tini?

Hope you had a great weekend.  The weather was gorgeous here and we were able to get outside and pumpkin and apple pick with our friends.  All the kids had a great time.  In fact, the Toddler said that apple picking was her favorite!

We were also able to catch up while eating some non-Paleo food (bacon cheddar cheese burgers!) and indulging in a new cocktail concoction that I threw together.  See, I was trying very hard to find a pumpkin based drink.  But after a few trips to a few different stores, I learned that the supplier has not yet shipped pumpkin schnapps!  So instead, I bought butterscotch schnapps and vanilla vodka and light cream.  I figured that might taste autumnal??

Um, no.  It did not taste autumnal.  More Christmas-y.  But it was still yummy!  However, I need a name for this fine beverage.  My girlfriend and I couldn't think of anything fun, so we were thinking that maybe you could help us out?  If you have a suggestion, please let me know!!

Butterscotch-tini?
Ingredients and Supplies:
1 drink shaker
ice
2 martini glasses
1 pack of caramel dipping sauce
sparkling sprinkles (or any sprinkles that you'd like!)
1 oz. butterscotch schnapps
2 oz. vanilla vodka
2 splashes of cream

Instructions:
Moisten rims of glasses with water.  Dip the rims into the caramel making sure the caramel rims the upper edge of the glass as well as the outside rim of the glass.  Then dip in sprinkles.  Fill shaker with ice.  Add schnapps, vodka and cream, and shake.  Pour the mixed drink into the glasses, making sure to strain it from the ice!  Enjoy.  (makes 2 small drinks)

P.S. I'm linking up at Happy Hour Projects!
